This photograph was taken at Jiminy Peak in the Berkshires in October 2015. I used to go skiing at this mountain frequently as a child because my grandparents used to live in Pittsfield, MA. This was my first visit to Jiminy Peak during the fall. There are several fun non-winter activities like hiking and shooting down the alpine slide. I found this flower by the fence near the bottom of the mountain and happened to capture a bumblebee.
