Rarely can you get this close to a bird of prey. As much as these youngsters look like adult Osprey, it seemed they had not yet fledged, and sat in a huge stick nest constructed by their parents, waiting for mom or dad to return home with a meal. In First Landing State Park in Virginia, they watched boaters pass by with piercing stares.
