They say it’s important to “stop and smell the roses” and I couldn’t agree more.  It’s far too easy to go about our busy days and take for granted the little things all around us, such this little bumble bee who works tirelessly to pollinate all the beautiful flowers around us.  I took this picture in my very own backyard in Connecticut.  So while you’re reading about amazing travels abroad, don’t forget there’s a whole world in your own backyard waiting to be explored!
