Alicia Roth Weigel is a runner, dancer, audiophile and, though she hates the word, foodie. A Linguist and Development Economist by training, she currently provides digital strategy and management for a host of nonprofit, foundation and CSR-driven clients at a social
change communications agency. Originally from the greater Philadelphia area, she has returned to her former home of San Francisco by way of upstate New York (Ithaca), Brazil (São Paulo and Salvador), New York City (Williamsburg, Brooklyn), Angola (Luanda) and South Africa
(CapeTown). Beyond these places of residence, she has traveled to numerous other countries throughout Africa, Europe and the Americas, and hopes to reach Asia too in her quest to empower women and promote positive relations between places she loves.
